Transportation of part of military equipment from Belarus to the Russian Federation by rail has commenced

πŸ“ On September 30, 2022, a group of 72 empty cars (flatcars) departed from Gotnya station (Southeastern Railway) to Urechye station (Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Railway) for the loading of military equipment for its subsequent transportation to the Russian Federation.

Route of empty cars for loading: Gotnya (RZD) – Bryansk-Lgovsky (RZD) – Unecha (RZD) – Zlynka (RZD) – Zakopytye (BC) – Gomel (BC) – Zhlobin (BC) – Asipovichy-1 (BC) – Urechye (BC).

πŸ“ The group of empty cars arrived at Urechye station on October 01, 2022.

πŸ“ Between October 1 and 9, the loading of T-72A main battle tanks onto flatcars was carried out at Urechye station.

πŸ“ On October 9, the first group of 20 loaded flatcars departed for Uspenskaya station (North Caucasian Railway) and further in the direction of Donetsk (estimated arrival date – October 19, 2022).

Route to Uspenskaya station: Urechye (BC) – Asipovichy-1 (BC) – Mogilev-1 (BC) – Orsha-Central (BC) – Osinovka (BC) – Krasnoe (RZD) – Valutino (RZD) – Bryansk-Lgovsky (RZD) – Lgov-Kievsky (RZD) – Otrozhka (RZD) – Novocherkassk (RZD) – Uspenskaya (RZD).

The route length is 2001 km.
