Another batch of troop trains with equipment and personnel of the Russian Armed Forces arrives in Belarus

To replace the Russian Armed Forces units trained in Belarus and dispatched to the combat zone since February 25, 2023, new troop trains with equipment and personnel of the Russian Armed Forces are arriving in Belarus. For instance, on March 6, 2023, 2 troop trains arrived in Belarus from stations of the Moscow Railway:

1️⃣ On March 6, 2023, troop train No. 967, consisting of 47 railcars, was dispatched from Bekasovo-Sortirovochnoye station (Moscow Railway) to Osipovichi-I station (Mogilev Division of the Belarusian Railway). The train consist included:

  • 5 passenger cars (with Russian Armed Forces personnel: ≈250 people);
  • 3 boxcars (with equipment);
  • 39 flatcars (loaded with military equipment; according to information from “Belaruski Gayun, approximately 18 units of 152-mm Msta-B howitzers were observed on the flatcars).

🕙 The troop train crossed the state border Russia→Belarus on March 6, 2023 at 13:45 via the Osinovka-Krasnoe junction.

🕙 Arrival date at the destination station (Osipovichi-I) – March 7, 2023.

2️⃣ On March 6, 2023, troop train No. 969, consisting of 49 railcars, was dispatched from Vyazma station (Moscow Railway) to Polonka station (Baranovichi Division of the Belarusian Railway). The train consist included:

  • 4 passenger cars (with Russian Armed Forces personnel: ≈200 people);
  • 5 boxcars (with equipment);
  • 40 flatcars (with loaded wheeled and tracked military equipment).

🕙 The troop train crossed the state border Russia→Belarus on March 6, 2023 at 16:35 via the Osinovka-Krasnoe junction.

🕙 Arrival date at the destination station (Polonka) – March 7, 2023.

  • Vitebsk station (Vitebsk Division of the Belarusian Railway) – to be confirmed.
